April 1, 2025 [ttr-live-v4.1.7.1.7.1.7f-but-for-real]

• The Factory Foreman has received a makeover — for April Toons Week, Toons who infiltrate his office will see him sporting a new random pair of glasses!
• More patch notes have been added below to address a bug causing not enough patch notes.

General
• All Toon heads have been made 1% smaller.
• To encourage exploration, Doctor Surlee has closed the Portable Hole Network. All Portable Holes have been removed.
• We’re testing out a day and night cycle! Be among the first to experience Toontown’s new night mode in Donald’s Dreamland.
• All ToonTasks have been given a time limit within which Toons will be required to complete them. Failure to do so will result in the Task restarting from the beginning.
• Replaced the Horse Toon model with the Sea Horse fish model - Snorkel included!
• Replaced the Bear Toon model with the Bear Acuda model - Snorkel not included!
• The Donald’s Dock boat has been replaced with a new, circular bridge!
• Clear Coasts has been drained. No more water.
• The Toon Council is now Under New Management! Flippy has been replaced by Tutorial Tom, the most famous Toon in Toontown.

Activities
• All Fish have been made 20% rarer.
• Doctor White has finally picked up the telephone! Nurse Sharks will no longer appear in fishing ponds.
• Decreased speed maintained when colliding with walls while Racing by 50%.
• Reintroduced proper Golf physics, golf balls will now go wherever they feel like regardless of a Toon’s inputs!
• Restored the original collisions in Donald’s Dreamland – playgrounds are for standing, not jumping!

Cogs
• Due to concerns, the Cogs have been recharacterized as simply robots. All mentions of corporations, business terms, and greed have been removed.
• Fixed a longstanding bug that applied the health of a Level 12 Cog to 196. It has been properly returned to 200.
• Cogs, Inc’s Catal-cog has started offering Cog Rewrites! Flunkies have been replaced by Lackies. They’re like Flunkies, except buff and without glasses.
• Due to a programming error, “Legal Eagle” has been renamed “Legal Beagle.”
• To create parity, Legal Beagle has been completely redesigned! Woof woof!
• Our behind-the-scenes Merits system has been overhauled, introducing Merit2!
• As a result of the migration, all v2.0 Cog Disguises have been reset to Level 8 and any rewards have been revoked. Sorry!
• Cog Summons have been scaled back to only Summon A Cog. All Building/Invasion Summons have been converted to Cog Summons.

Balancing
• All levels of the Toon-Up Gag Track have been adjusted to all heal for 210 Laff Points, except for the High Drive gag which remains at 210 Laff Points. Spread the love!
• Due to a bug in which Toons carrying maxed organic Trap could destroy Level 12 Cogs, the Trap Gag Track has been removed from the game.
• Restored an old Lure configuration in Cog HQs – now only the rightmost lured Cog in battles will have knockback.
• Randomized Lure accuracy across all Lure Gags.
• Due to popular demand, the gag carrying capacity of Foghorns has been further reduced to 1.
• Due to a forgotten oversight from Under New Magenement's release, Organic Throw has been nerfed from a 10% to a 5% damage boost.
• Due to the functional similarities between the Throw and Squirt gag tracks, they have been merged into one Gag Track. That Gag Track is Throw. Squirt has been removed from the game.
• The word “Gullible” has been added to the ceiling.
