At ease, Toons. I assume you were saluting – if you were, I’ll say it again, at ease. If you weren’t, we probably haven’t met. The name’s Resistance Ranger Rocky, I’m Lord Lowden Clear’s right-hand Toon in charge of keeping the different legs of the Resistance running smoothly. I’m broadcasting to you from… NOT a secret hideout in the underground sewers of Sellbot HQ.

I’m here to tell you all that you’ve got a duty… to VOTE for a new Toontown Trading Card!

The Toon Council is getting stocked and prepared for ToonFest Orlando, and they want Toons to walk away with a trading card that’ll knock their socks off – or at least rattle them a fair bit. I recommended a Trading Card for our diligent Sellbot Task Force Resistance Rangers, knowing how much they’ve had on their plates since starting the Task Force, and that was that.

Except “that” was not “that” and, turns out, I can choose only one of these hard-working Toons to be on one of the 2025 Trading Cards. I figured if I watched them long enough, one-by-one they’d start dillydallying and I’d have an easy choice. But none of them want to make this easy, so I’ve elected to have YOU elect the one you'd like to see the most!

Here are my reports on each of them:

Ripley

The commander at the forefront of this operation is this quick-witted gal who gives a good name to the porcine. Ripley’s tough, she’s one step ahead at all times, and I hear she once took on a Glad Hander with one hand tied behind her back and won. Her strategic skills are outstanding and crucial to the end, and she also packs a mean high score at the Maze Game.

Doctor Googlymoogly

The croc that makes the average Number Cruncher a laughingstock. Googlymoogly’s the best at what they do. What it is they do, I’m not certain. They're constantly drowning under mountains of homemade gizmos and premium doo-dads. Their progress reports are enthusiastic, but I can never understand a word the kid’s saying. Therefore, they really must know what they're talking about.

Bonnie Bubbles

A bear of little words. She lures the enemy not with magnets, but with a false sense of security before… SPLAT! She was an outstanding asset in the field, always keeping a level head in the tightest of squeezes. I’d wager her mere presence keeps the whole operation from flying off the handle. No offense to the other candidates… er, Resistance Rangers.

Ai Spai

Good ol’ “A.S.” Zilly Fumblebump herself. Wait, you have clearance for that information, right? The watchful, wandering eye that sees all and reports all. Even as I interviewed her, with her face plastered on that periscope of hers, I’m not sure I ever saw her face. I am as of yet undecided whether it’s a supreme dedication to duty, or sheer fascination of the gossip variety.
