The Toontown Team presents to you… drum roll please… our shiny new Partner Badge!
How do you do, folks? We heard you had a little trouble picking out our Partner Toons around town, so now they're easier to spot than ever!
From now on, every Toon you see with a globe badge floating above their head is a member of the Toontown Partner Program! This fancy badge is simply an invitation to stop by and have a chit-chat! If you're lucky enough, they may even be hosting a fun event you can take part in.
"Hang on, what's the Toontown Partner Program?" I hear some of you ask! Our Partners are suuuuper important to the community, both in and out of the game! The Partner Program essentially helps create a connection between the Toontown Team and the people that make this game so special. In case you didn't already know, our Partners are pretty awesome Toons and do a whole bunch of things to keep the party going in Toontown! They consist of various Toontown communities and also individual content creators. Panda Phil, Justice is Blind and ATTA are just some of the names you've probably come across while playing, and that's just the tip of the ice-Brrrgh!
Wondering what our Partners do? Some of our Partners stream on Twitch, create videos for YouTube, and design custom content packs. Others may manage community forums, organize regular Boss Cog runs, or host in-game events!
Applications to join the Toontown Partner Program are currently closed, but you can still learn more at https://toon.town/partners. If you want more details on the other types of badges you may find in Toontown, check out the new section in our FAQs!
Psst! That’s not all! Honey Haha has told us that she’s finally received the approval from the Toon Council to release her brand new Laff-O-Mancer outfit! If you use the code ‘laff-o-mancer’ in your Shticker Book, you’ll have this swanky new Gag Wizard outfit delivered straight to your mailbox! This code will be active until Wednesday, July 9th at 6PM Toontown Time (PST)!

Partner Badges
• Added a new badge for Partnered Toons! Toons in the Partner Program can now be identified via a globe icon above their Toon's head.
• Badges above Toon heads will no longer spin. This change has been made to lower visual clutter on Toons with badges, including on Resistance Rangers in the Sellbot Task Force Hideout, Partnered Toons, and Team Member Toons.
Gags 'n Gears for Good
• Preparations have been made for an upcoming in-game event related to the first Gags 'n Gears for Good campaign. Stay TOONed, Rocky and Doctor Surlee will need your help very soon!
ToonFest
• Preparations have been made for an upcoming in-game event related to ToonFest 2025! Stay TOONed!
Name That Wizard
• Implemented the new Laff-O-Mancer outfit.
• You've Named That Wizard, and it's finally here! Use the code 'laff-o-mancer' to receive the outfit for free!
Tweaks
• Slightly decreased the number of Cogs in the C.F.O.'s battle round.
• Improved the DA Office spotlights. Being hit by one will now make you temporarily immune to damage from ALL spotlights (instead of just the one you were hit by), and the length of time you are immune has been made longer.
• Removed the limit on the amount of cannon fires Toons have during the Chief Justice’s jury selection round.
• Slightly lowered the maximum cap on the number of Cog Buildings in Donald’s Dock to bridge the gap between Toontown Central and higher-level playgrounds.
• Adjusted the text for the Fishing Silly Team to clarify that it does not affect fish rarity as of the Great Fish Migration.
• Added highlighting to the Racing Silly Team description to make it consistent with the other teams.
• Added the ability to choose your Toon’s name later when creating a new Toon. This will give your Toon the default name “[Color] [Species]” and award your Toon a free name rewrite, good for either Pick-A-Name or Type-A-Name, to use at your leisure!
• Added a victory dance fanfare for players who reach the highest possible promotion in their Cog Disguise. This will also happen for Upgraded Cog Disguises!
• Fanfares will be Toonier than ever! Remastered the fanfare ball and added new Confetti Sparkles.
• Fireworks have received a Toon-Up! Firework textures have been remastered.
Performance
• Implemented significant overhauls to major portions of Toontown’s underlying code, with a particular focus on Toon buildings and their interiors, Cogs, and Cog Attacks.
Bugs 'n Blunders
• Fixed an issue where switching to the “Outset” nametag and back would break word wrap on other nametags, causing some names to be on one line when they were originally on two.
• Fixed a bug where you’d only receive credit for defeating four Mega Movers in Four Star Field Offices instead of five for ToonTasks asking you to defeat Mega Movers in Field Offices.
• Fixed a bug where the portcullis sound effect would not always play in Cog Golf Courses.
• Fixed an issue where certain fish were not appearing as often as they should.
Those fish were: Dog Fish in Acorn Acres, Strawberry PB&J Fish in Toon Estates, Grand Piano Tuna on Alto Avenue, Grizzly Bear Acuda on Walrus Way.
• Fixed a bug where a Lure status effect would duplicate in certain conditions (such as using Lure and Trap on an already lured Cog).
• Fixed Cogs not taunting when Drop was used on the same turn as Lure. This issue would also break the lured animation!
• Fixed an issue causing the “Missed due to Lure” indicator to not show up in certain situations, such as using Drop on a lured cog.
• Fixed an issue where the Kart and Gardening pages would render their 3D models above other UI elements, notably the settings panel.
• Fixed a long-standing issue where changing content packs (or pressing the “Refresh Audio Source” button) would cause music to not loop until you entered a different area.
• Fixed a longstanding issue caused by the Under New Management update that stopped Double Talkers from properly using their Rubber Stamp ability.

Thanks for the early Birthday present TRR my birthday is this Sunday so thanks again? :-)
I LOVE YOU
The Laff-O-Mancer looks magnificent! Definitely my favorite of the outfits thus far. Once all the other ones are out, y'all should put together an outfit for ALL the gag tracks!!! I mean, there are 7 pieces of clothing, right? It'd be perfect!!!
