Well, Toons, it’s happened again. The Spooktown curse has taken over once more. I tried to make amends with that magic duck, but he won’t ever let me get a word-

Silence your tongue, you meddling fool!
My pumpkin minions are all so cool.
Taking over your town, one playground at a time.
This town will be mine before it's your bedtime!

Wait a second, how does he know when my bedtime is? If I can just hide behind this tree here I can try to explain what’s happening…

Once again like clockwork, Jack is back with his wacky pack of pumpkin-headed Toons. Him and his Spellbound bags are all over the place, and I could really use your negotiating skills to help ease this curse again.

I hate to ask, but would you all mind helping me by talking to Jack? He may have some task he gives you, but just please go along with it. I know he’ll listen to you more than me, and I still have a town to run. If you guys can keep him preoccupied until November 1st, I can try and reason with him again, as his curse breaks once Halloween ends.

Wait a second, do you Toons hear that? It sounds like… propellers? Oh no, the Cogs must’ve heard Jack was back in town!

While we were all distracted by his magical mayhem, they launched a Bloodsucker Mega-Invasion! Now not only do we have to deal with Jack and his tricks, but we also have to deal with those pesky Lawbots! Do what you can to keep as many of those Cogs off the streets as possible from now until October 27 at 2 PM Toontown Time (PDT)!

Oh no, I think I hear more off-beat rhyming, so I gotta jet! Just keep him busy for now, and have a happy and spooky Halloween!
