Be Toontastically Terrifying on Halloween!

Ghouls, gals, and ghosts of all ages -- the clock has struck twelve, which means the most daunting (and haunting!) day of Spooktown has begun! I hope you've got your costume for the last day of Trick or Treating. If you don't... Well, I have something that may help.
Every year on this very day, Toontown gets a spike of incoming Toons who travel from far and wide to experience the frightful figures that we have! Some may even call them unlucky, but I'd say they picked the perfect day to move in!
As you know, I stop by the Toontorial every day to greet the new Toons of the town. I don't have many Trick or Treaters here, but I sure do prepare certain Toons for the ultimate Trick or Treat if they utter a certain "Toontastic" word!
If you know any cats looking to scare Toons and Cogs alike, send them my way down Toontorial Lane! For today only, I have a pretty prize in store. The Bloodsuckers are far from the spookiest thing on these streets.

Yay, I love that feeling, of Halloween, The spooks,scares,even awesome costumes!, But, this one is the best it is PERMENT, forever! And since I am a cat this is going to be great! Few! I'm exhausted from all the fun that I had on Halloween for this game! Trick or treating on 3 of my new black cat toons! It was worth it! Even though I couldn't find any spooky bags, I experienced getting small legs with everyone else in Toontown Central! Thanks for the Toontastic event!!

Missed all of this :( I wouldn't've gotten a chance ON HALLOWEEN anyway; my friend dropped by for trick-or-treating, like, an hour early, thus I hadn't had time to get on the computer when he came over. I hope all you guys had a great Halloween, though! I'll be sure to be on for Christmas!

So excited! I hope that this will work with going to Toon Hall and saying Toontastic to Flippy there! By the way, I can't get into the game on my Mac after this updated, the game crashes after I launch it! Hopefully this can be fixed before this event is over? HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
