ToonFest At Home: We Need Your Suggestions!

Come one, come all! With the buzzing excitement of ToonFest: The Great Fanfair in full force, we want to ensure that the Toons partying from their estates are going to have a blast too. We know that there will be many who unfortunately cannot make it to ToonFest in-person, which is why we need YOUR help to make ToonFest At Home 2024 the crème de la crème of at-home celebrations!
Following last year's ToonFest, the team have put together a band of staff members to orchestrate ToonFest At Home and we already have ideas to make it fantastic! But to make it TOONTASTIC, we want you, Toontown's beloved community, to share your suggestions so it can be the finest fiesta from home yet!
Our official Toontown Rewritten Discord server has a fresh new forum for ToonFest 2024, with a special thread for you to leave any burning questions you may have about ToonFest - answered by members of the Toontown Team! And above all, the thread you came to find, At Home Suggestions, dedicated entirely to YOUR fabulous ideas for ToonFest At Home! Don't have Discord? Fear not! You can email over your ideas to support@toontownrewritten.com. The deadline for your suggestions is the end of February.
We hope to make this ToonFest At Home an amazing experience for those of you who cannot join us at GalaxyCon this year. Don't feel too blue, we're going to bring the party directly to your doorstep!

Well, if they are to do anything with the festival this year, I say give The Chairman a call and bring out the 2.0s, the lot of them. It's been so long since I've seen them out on the streets, surely they have some time to come out from their skyscrapers and visit the streets of Toontown once more. I'd say that would be most helpful for those Toons out there working on their Bossbot Suits. After all, The Front Three can be so long some days, so why not give the 2.0s a day to roam our town? It's a holiday for them and parts and gag training for us. Of course, that's just a suggestion from a Duck such as me.

My home idea: We have cannons and we put a example person and then they land in a big piece of cream pie. Is that good enough for the suggestions. I don't know. ;(

We should do a new phase for the Boiler where blue fire scorches across the office when you fight it and it deals double damage and more stronger cogs spawn with a new remote named "The Give Gag remote"

I'd like to see how much evidence each toon contributes to the scales in Lawbot HQ. I'd also like to see flower progress, such as how many 3 or 4 or 5 bean combination flowers must be planted until you progress to the next number. Right now it doesn't correlate with the shovel or watering can progress at all. Thanks!!! Love the game.

How about being able to color your Doodle the color you want.Doodle training boosts we can earn as a task or buy in shop. New items for our houses, some themes need more furniture, wallpaper.Exclusive Race track for those who maxxed racing. Take the ice skating from the FO and place in Trolley game and add to the Party Planner. And Thank you all for what you do!!

Maybe you guys could add some interactive, playable games to estates, such as air hockey, foosball, etc. I've turned my house into a bar-like place and that would be a great fun addition!

Can you PLEASE up the reward count. Getting only one unite from true CFO is outdated and should be revised to match the changing dynamic of the game. Also, please bring back the Throw and Squirt 5-Star SOS cards, maybe make them obtainable by doing resistance tasks?

Definitely update the vocabulary list. It’s ridiculous that most words can’t be used but are PC. Example: Therapy, kinesiology, coil, jugular. The vocabulary list is extremely outdated.

It would be convenient if we could share jelly beans. Hitting 10,000 beans to change a name or appearance is almost unrealistic for someone who doesn’t have much time to enjoy the game as one would like. Having that option not only makes it easier but it makes the game more enjoyable.

I would love opportunities to earn more laff points. You could use the same type of system as Cartoonival where it's earned during bonus periods.

For the CJ, can there be a summons bundle where you get the options to summon a cog, a cog building, and a cog invasion? I think that would make the CJs a little easier. Also, I think it would be cool to have gloves as a new accessory! Like colored gloves, boxing gloves, mittens, and stuff. Thanks guys!

Some new trolly games maybe add some sort of mini game at the toon fest where you can play with your doodle an example (A race between players doodles helping train your doodle). also, customizable doodles like changing colors, stripes, ears and tails maybe add some new variations you can earn at toon fest to hope this helps :)

Hey all, I believe I have a few suggestions worth while: Cosmetics: - An additional NEW ToonFest-Exclusive nametag, while MAINTAINING the OLD choices as well. +Lower the price 10-15% of all nametags along with this change. - 2-3 outfits for male/female Gag XP/Laff Points - add 2-4 new options for experience boosts. +e.g. Longer periods of time, Higher multipliers, - change the way they expire in that: boost times only tick DURING battles. This is something many people would benefit from and I also believe they would feel they are getting an exactly fair exchange for their tokens. An alternative option: certain boosts can be solely for streets, buildings, boss battles, sellbot field offices, factories/mints/da offices/golf courses. OR boosts last for in-battle - add a permanent +1 laff buy option. Make this expensive, but reachable... with regard to the player who wants a chance to earn other rewards as well before ToonFest is over. I know the current options for boosted experience points - add a permanent +5 laff buy option. This should be an extremely difficult prize to acquire. BUT, it should be doable. Math it out to 50 mints or 25 CFO's in time spent:tokens earned or something like that. I would echo the price drop seeing as though it really makes it tough to acquire EVERYTHING you may want from toonfest, or simply a certain item. Most rewards should be potentially reachable for average players. PRICE DROP ALTERNATIVE: Create an entire shop that is for tasks instead of coins. Find a way to link tasks into toonfest instead of earning coins, because certain players may not be able to achieve the goals that land you lots of tokens. If there is to be a higher priced set of rewards, make them SERIOUSLY worth it. Like, uber xp or 10 summons of your choice, gifting things that normally can't be gifted... I believe earning special coded abilities add an EXTREMELY exciting edge to a game, and can even bring back players depending on what kind of change you make. I'd love to get in contact with anyone from dev group if you guys like these suggestions.

Would love to get some exclusive in-game merch for the event! Clothes, accessories, decor, etc. :) Also as a side-note, it would be really cool if we could decorate the outside around our house and make it our own- little garden benches, bird baths, extra potted plants/wagons, string lights, etc. Would be super cool to have some extra customization to your estate :) Love the game!! <3

Access to previous toonfest items please! (or at least 1 like the backpack)! So many people missed the chance last time and have been waiting for years to see if there would ever be an opportunity to get them again! It is once a year so would still be exclusive!

I suggest we live stream the event this year on StreamYard. I am a YouTuber and it is an excellent platform. I believe with the large audience TTR has, By the Toontownrewritten admin contacting StreamYard, they would be welcome TTR with open arms and it won't cost Toontownrewritten a penny. It just makes good business sense for StreamYard to do it.
